As any medication, vardenafil can produce side effects. But an overwhelming majority patients don’t experience ant negative reactions and tolerate vardenafil well. Minor side effects, such as headache or flushing sometimes occur. As a rule, they don’t require special treatment or giving up vardenafil. Below is the list of possible vardenafil side effects, it may be incomplete. You won’t necessarily experience any of these side effects (I didn’t). But If you observe any after taking Vardenafil, contact your doctor.
Vardenafil side effects that require immediate reaction and informing your health care provider:
vision problems, such as blurred vision, increased eye sensitivity, tearing, altered vision or changes in color perception (when all objects you see have a blue shade on them), eyelid swelling
- hearing problems such as ringing or other strange noises the ears, hearing difficulties
- erection that lasts longer than 4 hours (don’t be careless about this, that’s not normal!)
- cardiovascular: chest pain, increase in heart rate , increase or decrease in blood pressure, blood circulation problems (these side effects are not typical for vardenafil, but if occur they require attention in any case; in most cases in was difficult to say for sure if cardiovascular effects were caused by vardenafil because observed patients had cardiovascular problems before taking vardenafil)
- any allergic reactions
- dizziness
- breathing difficulties or coughing
- cramps , muscle, back or joint pain
- sore throat
- rash, itching
Vardenafil side effects that do not require immediate attention of your health care provider.
These may be short-term troubles. Inform your doctor about these effects, especially if they won’t cease or cause serious discomfort.
